Items listed as "untested" may be eligible for a partial return under certain conditions, such as: the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs and providing a valid tracking number. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, after which no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
